All new patients will receive intake forms to fill out prior to their first visit.
Initial Assessment
Both our online and in-person assessments usually last for approximately 60 minutes. This is where we learn as much as we can about you, your body, and your goals to come up with a plan together that works for you. Sometimes, a single session is sufficient and other times we need to book follow up sessions. We know your time is valuable, so our goal is to minimize the number of visits you need to return to your life.
Follow-up
Our typical follow-up sessions are 30 minutes in length. This is an opportunity for us to connect, review your plan, gauge your progress, and see if we need to make any changes. It is also your time to ask any questions that you may have. Sometimes we don't need to see you in person so an online session can help us check-in and stay on track. Shorter and longer sessions are available for those who prefer or need the time.
