I had shoulder pain when Clifton started treating me. He checked and evaluated my movements and found out that this pain does not restrict my mobility. Overtime, my body became overly sensitive to pain. Clifton taught me different exercises as ways to divert my attention from my shoulder pain. He inspired me to walk more, try new exercises with different weights and focus on what I can do.
